I zaista, nema mjesta na na\u0161oj obali koje nema fe\u0161tu, a naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e je posve\u0107ena ili za\u0161titniku mjesta ili pak lokalnoj namirnici po kojoj je mjesto poznato, a u kojoj u\u017eivaju i mje\u0161tani i fure\u0161ti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Sira, vina, maslina\u2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Kod nas u Dalmaciji te\u0161ko je zamisliti fe\u0161tu bez pjesme, dobre kapljice i ne\u010dega finoga \u201cza pod zub\u201d. Fetica dobrog doma\u0107eg sira, uz poneku maslinu i kapju vina, idealna je podloga za razvoj dobre atmosfere i obiteljskoga ili prijateljskog slavlja. Kako i ne bi, kad se sljubljivanjem tih namirnica gotovo mo\u017ee osjetiti krajolik i miris bilja s dalmatinskog kamenjara na kojem su u\u017eivale \u017eivotinje od \u010dijeg je mlijeka nastao ukusni sir. Budu\u0107i da fe\u0161tom smatramo i svako obiteljsko slavlje poput kr\u0161tenja, ro\u0111endana ili svadbe, mo\u017eemo re\u0107i da zaista nema fe\u0161te bez pladnja sira, pr\u0161uta i maslina. Osobito je autohtoni sir neizbje\u017ean dodatak slavlju, koji, osim \u0161to svojim specifi\u010dnim aromama i okusima pobolj\u0161ava svako slavlje, pobolj\u0161ava i na\u0161e zdravlje jer je va\u017ean izvor proteina i kalcija.<\/p>\n<p><b>Samo da je sa sirom<\/b><\/p>\n<p>No, nismo mi u Dalmaciji, a ni u na\u0161em restoranu, isklju\u010divi ni prema sirevima iz drugih podneblja i krajeva. Mo\u017eemo re\u0107i da se u na\u0161em restoranu redovito odr\u017eava \u2013 mediteranska fe\u0161ta od sira! U na\u0161im jelima mo\u017eete prona\u0107i razne vrste sireva: burratu nudimo kao ukusno predjelo, Grana Padano dodajemo fettuccinama s plodovima mora i ri\u017eotu od gove\u0111eg repa, dok u ri\u017eot s dimljenim plodovima mora dodajemo \u2013 sladoled od parmezana! Premda naizgled vrlo sli\u010dnog okusa, Grana Padano i Parmigiano Reggiano nikako nisu isti: razlikuju se po regijama u kojima se proizvode, odnosno po vrsti ispa\u0161e krava od \u010dijeg se mlijeka dobivaju.
