Odnedavno, i u sushi kombinacijama.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Kako se tradicionalno sprema u Dalmaciji\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Prisjetimo se najprije kako su ga tradicionalno pripremali na\u0161i stari, posebice na ju\u017enom Jadranu gdje ga ima u velikim i brojnim \u0161kolama. Najbolje su ukusne narezane na plo\u0161ke i pe\u010dene na ro\u0161tilju, ali prije pe\u010denja treba ih marinirati u maslinovom ulju i za\u010dinima. Mo\u017ee se pripremiti i u pe\u0107nici. Preporu\u010damo ga poslu\u017eiti uz toplu salatu od povr\u0107a iz juhe (pa nemojte se ustru\u010davati dodati jo\u0161 koju mrkvu ili krumpir).<\/p>\n<p><b>Gof u sushiju<\/b><\/p>\n<p>S obzirom da gof pliva u sva tri svjetska oceana, prisutan je i na dalekom Istoku, no ondje se ba\u0161 i ne priprema na gradelama ve\u0107 je kao vrlo cijenjena riba gost vrlo ukusnih sushi zalogaja, posebno onih jesenskih. Naime, u dalekom Japanu, sushi je sezonsko jelo, i pravilo je da se priprema od namirnica koje su najbolje u pojedinom dijelu godine, a tamo se najukusniji gofovi love u jesen.
