Istarska kuhinja\u2014koliko tipi\u010dna\u2014potpuno je originalna i druga\u010dija od svake druge, definirana jedinstvenim sastojcima iz drevnih \u0161uma i tradicijom kuhanja koja je mo\u017eda posu\u0111ivala ideje iz drugih kultura, ali samo kako bi stvorila ne\u0161to potpuno originalno i nevjerojatno primamljivo. Stoga, nije ni \u010dudo, talijanski kult tjestenine svakako se pro\u0161irio i ovdje, no tjestenina je ovdje druga\u010dija, hrabrija, mo\u0107nija, rustikalnija, a umaci koji idu uz nju nedvojbeno, isklju\u010divo i definitivno samo istarski jer ovo je zemlja od \u0161paroga, tartufa i vrganja; divlja\u010d i\u00a0<i>bo\u0161karina<\/i>;\u00a0<i>fu\u017ea<\/i>\u00a0te\u00a0<i>pljukanaca<\/i>;\u00a0<i>ombola<\/i>kobasice i pr\u0161uta,\u00a0<i>\u010dripnje<\/i>,\u00a0<i>\u017egvaceta<\/i>,\u00a0<i>supe<\/i>, and\u00a0<i>mane\u0161tre<\/i>; mu\u0161kat, malvazija i teran; zemlja radikalnih posebnosti koje se mogu osjetiti ve\u0107 i vidom, a kamoli osjetilima okusa i mirisa.<\/p>\n<p><b>Istri s ljubavlju<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Istarski\u00a0<i>pljukanaca<\/i>\u00a0uz pr\u0161ut na\u0161a je posve\u0107enost najve\u0107em hrvatskom poluotoku, posebnosti koja ga definira i tradiciji koja ga oblikuje. Ru\u010dni rad\u00a0<i>pljukanaca<\/i>\u00a0(\"pljuva\u010di\") \u2014 ali na sanitarni na\u010din, bez pljuvanja, molim!\u00a0\u2014 mekani su, ali \u010dvrsti, ukusni sami po sebi, a opet idealni za premazivanje i namakanje novim okusima. A kad smo ve\u0107 kod okusa, istarski tartufi, vrganji i pr\u0161ut ovom jelu daju zasitnost ispunjenu iskri\u010davom, gotovo mrzovoljnom \u017eivo\u0161\u0107u i rasko\u0161nim, hipnotiziraju\u0107im mirisima koji jednostavno dozivaju Istru i nagla\u0161avaju sve njezine posebnosti. Spojite ovo savr\u0161enstvo s \u010da\u0161om rajski ohla\u0111ene malvazije ili, za\u0161to ne, momjanskog mu\u0161kata i Istra je tu, za va\u0161im stolom, u srcu najljep\u0161eg grada na svijetu.
