I ovog listopada festival Taste the Mediterranean ugostit \u0107e nagra\u0111ivane doma\u0107e i strane chefove. Mi smo iznimno sretni jer \u0107e, u sklopu festivala, ugledni chef Ippei Uemura u na\u0161em restoranu pripremiti ekskluzivnu ve\u010deru u \u010detiri slijeda za sve na\u0161e goste.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>Festival dobre mediteranske spize<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bila je ovo vrhunska godina, ne samo zbog najuspje\u0161nije turisti\u010dke sezone u povijesti. Ove godine slavimo deset godina od prvog\u00a0<i>Okusite Mediteran\u00a0<\/i>odr\u017ean festival i ulazak hrvatske mediteranske prehrane pod za\u0161titu UNESCO-a kao nematerijalne kulturne ba\u0161tine Hrvatske. Tridesetak kuhara i 15 uglednih predava\u010da sudjelovat \u0107e na jubilarnom izdanju festivala kao gosti kuhari u 20 splitskih restorana. Rame uz rame s doma\u0107im kuhat \u0107e sjajan tim gostuju\u0107ih kuhara. Fokus \u0107e biti na edukaciji mlade generacije profesionalaca, a svaki dan zavr\u0161avat \u0107e ve\u010derama u \u010detiri slijeda u najboljim splitskim restoranima. S ponosom najavljujemo na\u0161e sudjelovanje u ovom doga\u0111aju i\u00a0<strong>chef Ippei Uemura pripremiti senzacionalnu ve\u010deru u \u010detiri slijeda ba\u0161 za na\u0161e goste.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Bogato kulinarsko iskustvo<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Japanski chef s francuskom adresom Ippei Uemura rodom je iz Shigija, a kuhanjem se bavi od 1995. godine. Japanske kuharske tehnike vje\u017ebao je sedam godina u Kumamotu, a njegova gastronomska vizija temelji se na ljubavi prema vrhunskim namirnicama Sredozemnog mora i francuske regije Provanse, ali uz ponosno kori\u0161tenje japanskih kulinarskih tehnika. Nakon \u0161to je pro\u0161ao obuku uz koju se tako\u0111er obrazovao i o \u017eivotnom ciklusu proizvoda, rezbarenju vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a te dijetetici, 2003. godine smjestio se u Marseilleu gdje je otvorio restoran Tabi. Ovaj vrsni chef sa svojim restoranom osvojio je tri toke vodi\u010da Gault &amp; Millau (s ocjenom 15,5\/20) i Michelinovu preporuku. Nadalje, 2017. godine dobitnik je posebnog trofeja za kuhanje plodova mora, a uvr\u0161ten je i na popis mladih talenata Francuske po izboru vodi\u010da Gault &amp; Millau 2017. i 2018. godine. \u010clan je \u017eirija Open Sushi France, a svoje majstorske te\u010dajeve odr\u017eava diljem svijeta.
