Osim s ovim namirnicama, ukusne vegetarijanske sushi zalogaje mogu\u0107e je napraviti i u kombinaciji s drugim povr\u0107em, gljivama, dimljenim tofuom ili seitanom u tempuri, \u0161to pred vegetarijance, kao i pred one koji konzumiraju ribu, stavlja poprili\u010dno velik broj kombinacija, a time i prilika za u\u017eivanje u ovom klasiku japanske kuhinje. Uz namirnice koje se uglavnom koriste sa svrhom ukusnog punjenja mogu\u0107e je kombinirati i druge vrste algi, primjerice, wakame, kombu ili arame.
