Burrata je zapravo podvrsta mozzarelle, \u0161to zna\u010di da je rije\u010d o mladom siru koji ne zrije i ne mo\u017ee se dugo koristiti. Proizvodi se od usitnjenih ostataka nastalih prilikom pripremanja tradicionalne mozzarelle, koji se pomije\u0161aju s vrhnjem i spremaju u zave\u017eljaj\u010di\u0107 od svje\u017ee tjestenine. Tako se dobiva forma malene kugle, ali njena unutra\u0161njost ostaje kremasta, \u0161to se najbolje vidi kada se sirna \u201cbombica\u201d prere\u017ee po sredini. Za kremastu strukturu zaslu\u017eno je vrhnje, a upravo to je jedna od glavnih razlika kad je uspore\u0111ujemo s obi\u010dnom mozzarellom \u2013 ako nas pitate, tu burrata dobiva bitku! Primarno se izra\u0111uje od bivoljeg mlijeka i siri\u0161ta, ali zbog jeftinije cijene sirovine sve vi\u0161e se proizvodi i od obi\u010dnog kravljeg mlijeka.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Slasno u bilo kojoj kombinaciji\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Burrata se zbog svoje neutralnosti jednostavno uklapa u brojna jela, a koristi se sli\u010dno kao i mozzarella, ali s jednom va\u017enom razlikom: pravi puristi ne\u0107e propustiti priliku da vam naglase kako se\u00a0<strong>burrata uvijek jede svje\u017ea<\/strong>bez termi\u010dke obrade. Obo\u017eavana je u salatama, posebno u kombinaciji s ostalim tipi\u010dnim mediteranskim namirnicama kao \u0161to su raj\u010dice, maslinovo ulje, bosiljak, kapari i masline, a ne\u0107ete joj odoljeti ni u hrskavom sendvi\u010du na prepe\u010denom kruhu. Uz nju fantasti\u010dno pa\u0161u lagana bijela vina kojih\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/adriatic-sushi.com\/hr\/vinska-karta\/\">vinskoj karti<\/a>\u00a0na\u0161eg restorana doista ne manjka.<\/p>\n<p>Burratu nudimo u kombinaciji s vrhunskim jadranskim kozicama, cherry raj\u010dicama, ljubi\u010dastom kapulom, svje\u017eim bosiljkom te prahom od crnih maslina.
